Terms of Service.
O’Keefe’s Prestige Detailing requires a minimum of 24 hours’ cancellation notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will otherwise be incurred.
O’Keefe’s Prestige Detailing reserves the right to reject services in the event of customer misinformation and/or health and safety risks deemed hazardous or dangerous.

When is a basic clean recommended instead of a detail?
We recommend a basic clean where it’s most needed, such as on a newer vehicle or one that isn’t too dirty. A basic clean is great for getting the majority of a car back into presentable condition, but doesn’t dive into more involved areas that a car detail might. After getting your brand new car detailed to a high standard, a basic clean is a great budget-friendly way to care for it without spending too much.
The most troublesome areas of a car are mostly always the interior carpet, trims and exterior paintwork. Keeping these main areas tidy is key for preserving maximum resale value and keeping your car in its best condition all round.
Many of our clients opt for a regular basic clean with an occasional detail every 6 months to bring the entire car back up to spec. This option is similar to our maintenance detail, but with that, we prefer to get everything properly cleaned up and looked after, in true “maintenance” fashion.
